Rescue Agency is seeking a Growth Lead to drive business development and own a pipeline with an annual sales target. This remote role targets national markets and requires deep market connections to convert opportunities into revenue.

You will shape buyer-focused messaging, draft proposals, manage pricing and deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win opportunities while maintaining client relationships.

• Experience selling to your market and converting relationships into new business.
• Ability to own a pipeline or revenue target and be accountable for it.
• Proven track record of closing business on long sales cycles.
