The Davenport Group in Arlington, VA is hiring a Growth Manager to drive our next growth phase. This is a sales-centric role: convert inbound leads into appointments for our agents and recruit top agents to join the team.

You'll own our lead flow from social channels, keep Follow Up Boss and other tools up to date, and ensure no opportunity falls through. If you're driven, organized, and comfortable with tech, we'd love to talk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Confident on the phone with high outbound volume.
• Persuasive communicator who builds rapport quickly.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong note-taking and follow-up.
• Goal-driven self-starter managing multiple pipelines.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead agent recruiting through calls, social media, email, and referrals.
• Nurture recruits by scheduling leadership interviews and following up.
• Support new agent onboarding to start strong.
• Respond to Instagram DMs and social inquiries and qualify leads.
• Make outbound calls to database lead ponds and run circle-dialing campaigns.
• Manage Follow Up Boss for leads and recruits with current notes and tags.
