Placements24 is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Lead for a fully remote SaaS startup. You will own end-to-end growth strategy, drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, and partner with product and data teams to scale a fast-paced business from anywhere.

You have 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, strong experimentation and analytics skills, and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with proven scale.
• Strong experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
• SQL experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
• Design and manage a rigorous experimentation framework to scale high-impact initiatives.
• Oversee paid acquisition channels (SEM, social, display) achieving aggressive growth with ROI.
• Lead SEO strategy to drive organic growth and improve rankings.
• Develop email and lifecycle marketing campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to enable product-led growth.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Define growth metrics and build dashboards to track progress.
