Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy for major platform partnerships. You will own the analytics portfolio, coordinate with Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing, and lead analyses balancing growth with risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product/risk decisions.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for statistical analysis and experimentation.
• Experience in consumer lending/credit industry; understand growth vs. risk tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics portfolio for a major product or business area; define success and measure impact.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows with governance.
