Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy for major platform partnerships. You will own the analytics portfolio, coordinate with Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing, and lead analyses balancing growth with risk and profitability.

We value a General Manager mindset, hands-on SQL/Python, and experience in consumer lending. Remote-first with flexibility, competitive pay, and equity opportunities are offered.

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product/risk decisions.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for statistical analysis and experimentation.
• Experience in consumer lending/credit industry; understand growth vs. risk tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior leadership.
