Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to guide growth partnerships and shape product and investment decisions. You will work with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing, combining problem-solving with a GM mindset and knowledge of lending or payments.

You will build analytics that scale, drive actionable insights, and measure impact across risk, growth, and profitability while mentoring a team of analysts in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• A General Manager mindset with strong product and credit risk judgment.
• Proven ability to identify high-impact opportunities across risk and product.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for statistical analysis and experimentation.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a major product or area.
• Lead analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into clear narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue to align decisions.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytical workflows.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices.
