Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth through data-driven decisions across product partnerships, finance, and engineering. You will shape analytics strategy, build scalable models and dashboards, and influence leadership with rigorous, data-backed recommendations.

You will mentor analysts, design experiments, and work in a remote-first environment with occasional in-person onboarding. A strong background in consumer lending, SQL, Python, and AI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cross-functional analytics with business impact.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending and credit metrics.
• Ability to perform complex analyses and present clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with AI-powered analysis tools is a plus.
