Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy with major platform partners. You’ll own analytics, size opportunities, and shape product and investment decisions while collaborating with Strategy, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing.

The role demands a General Manager mindset, deep credit risk and product understanding, and a track record of influencing senior leaders. Fully remote in the US with flexible in-person options.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product, risk, or business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience translating analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Ability to prioritize a roadmap, manage multiple streams, and mentor analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area and define success.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
