Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement across strategic contracts for government modernization initiatives, working with senior leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risk, timing, and stakeholder communications, and scale delivery practices in a remote-friendly environment that values trust, transparency, and sustainable growth across our Federal and state programs.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by air or rail
• Experience with state government agencies and government contracting
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects with risk and dependencies
• Proficient with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe; CI/CD familiarity

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and collaborate to resolve them across delivery
• Maintain awareness of project landscape and pursue new opportunities or risks
• Collaborate across projects to solve problems and align stakeholders
• Support creation of delivery environments built on trust with government partners
• Scale delivery through a team of project managers and leads
• Manage contracts and finances within portfolio and coordinate modifications
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service
• Apply Nava policies at the program level
