Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts.

You will manage client trust, team clarity, staffing, contract management, and profit & loss across a portfolio of large projects with a focus on government modernization outcomes. The role requires 10+ years of delivery and client-relationship experience, advanced knowledge of agile practices, and the ability to navigate complex multi-organizational environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by air or train.
• Experience with state government agencies and government contracting.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder agile delivery teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; empathetic relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Exceed the expectations of government partners by cultivating trusting relationships and maintaining high situational awareness.
• Detect risks early and collaborate to resolve them across delivery, process, staffing, and finances.
• Engage clients regularly to understand needs and communicate progress transparently.
• Grow the program with opportunities and negotiations with subcontractors.
• Scale delivery through a team of project managers and other leads.
• Set standards for delivery excellence and client service.
