Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 for Humana Government Business to align HR and government contract requirements. You will manage staffing models, labor-cost proposals, and the Position Tracking System while liaising with contingent labor vendors and internal leaders.

You will support audits, respond to HR requests, and develop routine and ad hoc reports. This remote role offers standard hours ET and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required by the DoD contract.
• Not eligible to hire candidates living in Puerto Rico under the contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports in a timely manner.
• Support HGB by generating routine and ad hoc reports from Position Tracking System, Workday payroll, and other sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contingent labor vendors.
• Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and efficient use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and validate training and access.
• Process timecards approvals and accurate vendor invoices.
• Assist Corporate Procurement in contract terms and vendor evaluations for government contracts.
