GE Aerospace is seeking a Government Sales Director - Software to lead and expand our strategic relationship with the FAA and partners, driving growth across software platforms, digital products, consulting-led engagements, and development-based solutions.

The role requires a proven seller with experience in government deals, capture management, and long-cycle, consultative selling, collaborating across product, engineering, and proposal teams to win differentiated solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience working with U.S. government customers, ideally FAA.
• Experience in software, SaaS, or digital solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex deals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FAA account growth strategy including pipeline development.
• Identify, qualify, shape, and close new business opportunities across software and services.
• Build executive-level relationships across procurement and program leadership.
• Develop capture strategies, pursuit plans, and win strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to craft tailored value propositions and solutions.
• Lead or coordinate complex proposals and negotiations.
