GE Aerospace is seeking a Government Sales Director - Software to lead and expand its relationship with the FAA and related partners. The role focuses on growth, opportunity shaping, and multi‑element solutions across software, digital products, and consulting-led engagements.

The ideal candidate has deep government sales experience, capture leadership, and the ability to drive long‑cycle, consultative deals with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Experience in managing strategic government accounts and healthcare/aviation tech is a plus.
• Proven track record in identifying, shaping, and closing complex software/software-enabled opportunities.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive multi-element deals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FAA account growth strategy, focusing on pipeline development and portfolio expansion.
• Shape opportunities across software, services, and development offerings.
• Build executive relationships across procurement, contracting, and program leadership to position GE Aerospace for wins.
• Develop capture plans, win strategies, and alignment with customer priorities.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and consulting teams to tailor value propositions and approaches.
