Candidates should have deep government sales experience, cross-functional leadership, and a record of managing complex, long-cycle deals with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience working with U.S. government customers, ideally FAA or related agencies.
• Proven ability to identify, shape, and close new business opportunities in software/digital solutions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and consultative selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA account growth strategy focusing on pipeline development and revenue expansion.
• Identify, qualify, shape, and close opportunities across software, digital solutions, and services.
• Build executive relationships across procurement, contracting, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Develop capture strategies, pursuit plans, and win strategies aligned to customer priorities.
