Qualifikationen

• Government contracting experience required.
• Hands-on Unanet experience required.
• Strong understanding of project controls within a government contracting environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with EACs, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting government contracts, including T&M and Fixed Price structures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide project control support across a portfolio of government contracts totaling approximately $15M.
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor the financial performance of assigned contracts.
• Manage and monitor labor, subcontractor costs, and other direct costs.
• Track actual spending against budgets and forecasts and identify potential overruns or underruns.
• Prepare and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Perform detailed variance analysis.
• Manage fee calculations and contract financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial projections.
• Monitor contract performance against cost and schedule objectives.
• Support financial reporting, compliance, and contract requirements.
• Assist with financial risk identification and resolution.
• Support both Time & Materials (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts.
• Develop and improve project control processes and reporting practices.
