Job summary

HunaTek seeks a Project Control Analyst to provide financial and project controls across federal contracts, with a focus on construction management. You will collaborate with PMs, accounting, contracts, and leadership to forecast, track costs, and ensure revenue visibility. Unanet GovCon experience is strongly preferred.

The role requires strong analytical skills, budgeting and forecasting experience, and the ability to manage subcontracting and change orders across a portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project controls or construction accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and EACs for construction and non-construction projects.
• Monitor costs, commitments, and remaining costs against budget.
• Maintain subcontract visibility, change orders, and revenue recognition.
