Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to ensure financial accuracy and efficient workflows while working fully remotely from the United States. You will bridge project management with finance, support invoicing, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong eye for detail, 3+ years in project controls or related roles, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in financial project controls, project accounting, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with project terms.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain billing documentation for invoicing and audit purposes.
• Manage data scripts to enter contractor hours and support hour migration between systems.
• Assist accounts payable with key subcontractors; track vendor invoices.
• Develop and implement automation tools to improve reporting, billing, and workflow.
• Generate financial reports and analysis to support projects as needed.
• Reconcile project costs, revenue, labor charges, and vendor invoices.
• Track accounts receivable and reconcile outstanding payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
