Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to coordinate government contract staffing and compensation processes. This remote role partners with Humana Government Business and HR to ensure compliance and accurate labor cost proposals, staffing models, and position tracking.

You will support audits, manage vendor relations, and generate routine and ad hoc reports from Workday and the Position Tracking System. Strong Excel skills and DoD familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals; participate in audits by government agencies.
• Manage HGB Position Tracking System and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and processing invoices.
• Assist with special projects and vendor relationships.
