Qualifications

• 2+ years of government contracting billing experience.
• Proficient with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Strong Excel skills for auditing and formatting complex spreadsheets.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Must work EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit complex government invoices in compliance with contract requirements.
• Compile and audit supporting documentation for invoices.
• Format and reconcile multi-page invoice packages using Excel.
• Maintain invoice records and billing histories in Deltek.
• Prioritize tasks to meet agency submission deadlines and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist audits with invoice backup and reporting on billing status.
