Qualifications

• 2+ years of government contract billing experience.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex billing spreadsheets.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit complex state and local government contract invoices in accordance with contract requirements.
• Compile supporting documentation and verify compliance.
• Format, review, and reconcile multi-page invoice packages using Excel.
• Maintain invoice records, contract modifications, and billing histories in Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision.
• Prioritize daily invoicing tasks to clear backlogs and meet deadlines; resolve discrepancies.
• Compile invoice backups for audits and generate billing status reports.
