Job summary

The Columbia Group, a government services contractor, seeks a Contracts Billing Analyst to join our team on a remote basis with possible visits to the Northern Virginia office. You will manage Deltek projects, ensure billing accuracy, and support cost documentation for contracts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of government contracts experience, Deltek and PIEE/WAWF familiarity, and strong Excel skills. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years experience with Government Contracts.
• Experience with Deltek and PIEE/WAWF.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel).
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create new projects in the Deltek accounting system.
• Review contract revenue on a monthly basis for billing accuracy.
• Assist in preparing invoice cost and fee documentation for incurred cost submissions.
• Perform contract close-outs with Contract Representatives, DCAA and DCMA.
• Prepare customer billing and billable AP vouchers for program/project invoices.
• Update Government modifications in Deltek.
• Upload master tables and update contract charge trees in Deltek Time & Expense.
• Perform duties using WAWF and PIEE Portal.

We Are Seeking a Contracts Billing Analyst To Join Our Team On a Remote Basis With Possible Visits To The Corporate Office In Northern Virginia On a Needed Basis. The Ideal Candidate Will

• Perform contract close-outs with Contract Representatives, DCAA and DCMA.
• Prepare customer billing and billable AP Vouchers for program/project invoices.

• Upload master tables and update contract charge trees in Deltek Time & Expense.
• Perform duties using WAWF (Wide Area Workflow) and PIEE Portal (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment).

Required Education, Skills, And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years experience with Government Contracts.
• Experience with: WAWF and PIEE Portal.
• Experience with Deltek Accounting System and Deltek Time & Expense (GCS highly desireable).
• Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF).
• Experience with MS Office, most specifically Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be a US Citizen.
