Job summary

The Columbia Group is seeking a Contracts Billing Analyst. This role is remote with possible visits to the Corporate Office in Northern Virginia as needed. You will create new projects in Deltek, review contract revenue for billing accuracy, and prepare invoicing documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3–5 years of government contracts experience, and proficiency with Deltek, WAWF, PIEE, CPFF, and Excel; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years experience with Government Contracts.
• Experience with: WAWF and PIEE Portal.
• Experience with Deltek Accounting System and Deltek Time & Expense (GCS highly desirable).
• Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF).
• Experience with MS Office, most specifically Excel.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Create new projects in the Deltek accounting system.
• Review contract revenue on monthly basis for billing accuracy.
• Assist in preparing invoice cost and fee documentation for incurred cost submission reports.
• Perform contract close-outs with Contract Representatives, DCAA and DCMA.
• Prepare customer billing and billable AP Vouchers for program/project invoices.
• Update Government modifications in Deltek.
• Upload master tables and update contract charge trees in Deltek Time & Expense.
• Perform duties using WAWF and PIEE Portal.
