Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market launches for new products and initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, adoption, and successful execution.

The role demands 7+ years in GTM or related fields, strong messaging and enablement skills, and the ability to translate market feedback into action. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with Nelnet’s education and technology focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing/related field.
• 7+ years in GTM strategy, product marketing, or related roles.
• Experience designing and executing GTM for net-new products and market entry.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution and measurement.
• Experience with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated GTM strategy and launch plan with audiences, positioning, channels, programs, priorities, resources, milestones, and success metrics.
• Develop messaging, buyer value propositions, differentiation, and supporting tools for awareness and sales enablement.
• Drive market activation and demand-gen through campaigns, events, partnerships, and channels.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources including references, case studies, and RFP support.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions to refine messaging and programs.
• Determine internal/external capabilities and manage agencies/partners, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Define measures and operating rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities.
• Continuously evaluate GTM approach to build a scalable growth engine.
