Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS) is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute market-entry strategies for new products and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, customer adoption, and operational execution, while building scalable launch programs and measuring success.

The role emphasizes strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring 7+ years in go-to-market or product marketing, with strong messaging, channels, and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive go-to-market or product marketing experience.
• Proven ability to design and execute GTM for net-new products.
• Experience taking a product from pre-launch to market entry and scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated GTM strategy and launch plan with audiences, positioning, channels, and milestones.
• Develop market messaging, buyer value propositions, and competitive differentiation to drive awareness and sales.
• Drive market activation and demand-gen through campaigns, events, partnerships, and cross-sell initiatives.
• Create sales enablement assets, case studies, references, and procurement support.
• Translate market feedback into GTM decisions to refine messaging and programs.
• Define internal/external capabilities, brief agencies, and coordinate with key teams.
• Establish measures and rhythms to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities.
• Continuously improve the GTM approach for a scalable growth engine.
