Nelnet, Inc. in Nebraska is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, programs, or initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, stakeholder alignment, customer adoption, and scalable operational execution. You will develop launch plans, identify priorities and risks, allocate resources, brief external partners, and measure success to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, product launch, growth marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience designing and executing GTM for net-new products with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan, defining target audiences, positioning, channels, programs, priorities, resources, milestones, and success measures.
• Develop market positioning, messaging, buyer value propositions, and competitive differentiation with supporting tools.
• Design and drive market activation and demand-generation approaches across campaigns, events, partnerships, and cross-sell initiatives.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources to support growth, including references, case studies, and procurement support.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions and refine messaging, programs, and channels as products enter the market.
• Coordinate internal and external capabilities, brief agencies/partners, and align with internal stakeholders.
• Define metrics and operating rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to build a repeatable and scalable growth engine.
