Job summary

Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace in the United States. You will own the strategic and revenue trajectory, shape multi-year growth, and align across geo sales, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in SaaS/enterprise software or collaboration technology.
• 7+ years in senior GTM or general management overseeing a $100M+ ARR business with direct P&L.
• Deep knowledge of UCaaS/collaboration/productivity platforms and competitive dynamics.
• Experience presenting to CEO, C-suite, and Board-level reporting.
• Understanding of modern workplace tech and enterprise buying behaviors.
• Proven ability to build scale cross-functional GTM teams.
• Familiarity with channel/partner ecosystems, PLG, and SMB-to-enterprise models.
• Technical fluency to engage with product/engineering and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and growth.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market for the Workplace portfolio.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and ARR growth globally.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Advocate AI integration as differentiators across Workplace products.
• Establish KPIs and operating cadence for the organization.
