Job summary

Zoom Workplace is seeking a General Manager who will own the strategic and revenue trajectory of the Workplace portfolio, shaping multi-year growth, market expansion, and AI-powered differentiation across global sales, CS, product, engineering, and marketing. You will partner with geo leadership to localize strategies, drive net ARR growth, and report to the CSO with regular updates to the CEO and Board.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech with GTM or GM roles.
7+ years leading a $100M+ ARR business with direct P&L or revenue ownership.
Experience in UCaaS/collaboration/productivity platforms and competitive dynamics.

Responsibilities

Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first vision into growth plans.
Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM for the Workplace portfolio across global teams.
Drive new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion to grow ARR and net retention.
Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize strategies and build enablement for field execution.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to influence roadmap and connect usage to retention.
