Job summary

Zoom Workplace seeks a General Manager to own the strategic and revenue trajectory of the Workplace portfolio, guiding multi-year growth, product-market fit, and AI-powered differentiation across geo sales, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing.

The role requires 15+ years in SaaS/enterprise leadership with at least 7 years in senior GTM or revenue ownership for a $100M+ ARR business, and a proven track record of expanding ARR and market share.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration technology, with at least 7 years in senior GTM or general management roles overseeing a $100M+ ARR business with direct P&L or revenue ownership.
• Demonstrated success driving market share growth, competitive displacement, and customer expansion in UCaaS, collaboration, or productivity platform space.
• Executive-level experience with direct exposure to CEO, C-suite, and Board-level reporting.
• Deep understanding of modern workplace tech including meetings, messaging, AI-powered productivity tools, and enterprise buying behaviors.
• Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional GTM teams and lead through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Strong command of direct and indirect go-to-market models including channel/partner ecosystems, PLG motions, and SMB to enterprise.
• Technical fluency to engage with product/engineering on roadmap prioritization and AI-driven differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace, translating AI-first platform vision into an executable growth plan that captures market share and drives ARR.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motions for the Workplace portfolio, partnering with Pricing, Channel, and Marketing to win and defend the installed base.
• Drive new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and expansions across Zoom’s global customer base with a focus on ARR growth and net retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies and build enablement for field execution across regions.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and connect product usage to retention and expansion outcomes.
• Champion AI integrations across Workplace products and differentiate with AI capabilities like Zoommate, AI Slides, AI Docs, AI Sheets.
• Establish and track KPIs across revenue growth, ARR, pipeline velocity, win rates, and market share with a disciplined operating cadence.
• Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of specialist sellers, solution engineers, and BDRs.
• Represent the Workplace business to the CEO and Board with data-driven narratives on performance, risk, and opportunities.
