Job summary

Zoom Workplace is seeking a General Manager to own the strategic and revenue trajectory of the Zoom Workplace portfolio. You will define and execute a multi-year growth plan, drive ARR expansion, and lead a cross-functional team across geo sales, CS, product, engineering, and marketing.

You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and present regularly to the CEO and Board, shaping the future of the Workplace business with AI-powered differentiation and a disciplined operating cadence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech, with at least 7 years in senior GTM or GM roles overseeing a $100M+ ARR business.
• Demonstrated success driving market share growth, competitive displacement, and customer expansion in UCaaS/collaboration space with knowledge of Microsoft/Google competition.
• Experience reporting to CEO/C-suite and Board.
• Deep understanding of workplace tech landscape (meetings, messaging, AI tools) and enterprise buying behaviors.
• Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional GTM teams and lead via influence in matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first vision into actionable growth plan.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM for the Workplace portfolio with cross-functional partnerships.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across global customer base for ARR growth and retention.
• Collaborate with Geo Sales leadership to localize strategies and build enablement for field execution.
• Influence product roadmap and accelerate customer adoption through collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products to differentiate in the market.
• Establish and track KPIs across revenue, ARR, pipeline velocity, win rates, and market share.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of specialists and SEs.
• Present data-driven performance insights to CEO, executives, and Board.
