Zusammenfassung

Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to own the multi-year growth strategy and revenue trajectory across the Workplace portfolio. You will work across geo sales, global customer success, product, engineering, and marketing to align strategy with execution at the highest level, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and presenting to the CEO and Board.

You will shape pricing, GTM, and AI-powered differentiation while building a high-performing cross-functional team and tracking KPIs

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration technology, with at least 7 years in senior GTM or general management roles overseeing a $100M+ ARR business with direct P&L or revenue ownership.
• Demonstrated success driving market share growth, competitive displacement, and customer expansion in UCaaS/collaboration/productivity platforms.

Aufgaben

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first vision into an executable growth plan.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion for the Workplace portfolio.
• Drive new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion motions across Zoom’s global customer base.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies and build enablement infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap and drive adoption.
• Champion the integration of AI across Workplace products and differentiation.
• Establish and track KPIs across ARR growth, pipeline velocity, win rates, and market share.
