Job summary

Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to own the strategic and revenue trajectory of the portfolio. You will define multi-year growth plans, drive ARR expansion, and lead cross-functional teams across geos, product, and marketing to execute on an AI-first platform vision.

You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and interact with the CEO and Board, shaping the industry’s approach to modern collaboration and hybrid work at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration technology.
• Experience in senior GTM or general management with $100M+ ARR ownership.
• Proven executive-level reporting to CEO/board and cross-functional leadership.
• Deep understanding of meetings, messaging, AI-powered productivity tools, and hybrid work buying behavior.
• Experience building and scaling cross-functional GTM teams and channel/partner ecosystems.
• Technical fluency to engage with product/engineering and Salesforce/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace aligning AI-first platform vision with growth and ARR expansion.
• Own the competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion for the Workplace portfolio with Pricing, Channel, and Marketing alignment.
• Drive new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across Zoom’s global customer base focusing on ARR growth and retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and Japan to localize Workplace strategies and enable field execution.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence product roadmap and AI-driven differentiation.
• Champion the integration of AI across Workplace products (Zoommate, AI Slides, AI Docs, AI Sheets) as market differentiators.
• Establish and track KPIs for revenue growth, ARR, pipeline velocity, win rates, and market share; build a disciplined operating cadence.
• Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of specialists and sellers; lead through influence in a matrixed org.
• Represent the Workplace business to the CEO, executive team, and Board with data-driven narratives on performance and strategy.
