Job summary

Zoom Workplace is seeking a General Manager to own the strategic and revenue trajectory for the Workplace portfolio. You will set multi-year growth plans, align across geo sales, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing, and report to the Chief Sales Officer.

You will influence the product roadmap and drive AI-powered differentiation. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage pricing, and expand ARR while maintaining strong net retention.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS or enterprise software.
• At least 7 years in senior GTM or general management roles with $100M+ ARR ownership.
• Experience reporting to CEO/C-suite and Board-level audiences.
• Deep knowledge of UCaaS, collaboration, and enterprise software dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and growth plan.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM motions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across global customers.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies and enablement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and adoption.
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products and differentiate offerings.
• Establish and track KPIs including ARR, retention, and market share.
• Lead cross-functional teams of specialists and drive performance in a matrix org.
• Present performance and strategy to CEO, executives, and Board.
