Job summary

Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to define and execute the multi-year growth strategy across the Workplace portfolio, driving ARR expansion and market share through AI-enabled differentiation. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across geo sales, CS, product, and marketing, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and interfacing with the CEO and Board.

You will shape pricing, GTM motions, and field enablement, while partnering with global sales leadership to localize strategies

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS or enterprise software.
• 7+ years in senior GTM or GM roles with $100M+ ARR.
• Experience reporting to CEO/C-suite/Board.
• Deep understanding of UCaaS, collaboration tools, and AI-powered productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale cross-functional GTM teams.
• Technical fluency to engage with product/engineering and familiarity with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace, translating AI-first platform vision into an executable growth plan that captures market share, expands total addressable market, and drives ARR growth.
• Own the competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion for the Workplace portfolio, partnering with Pricing, Channel, and Marketing to maximize competitive wins.
• Drive new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion motions across Zoom’s global customer base, with a focus on ARR growth and net retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and Japan to localize Workplace strategies and build enablement infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap and accelerate customer adoption.
• Champion the integration of AI across every Workplace product, positioning AI capabilities as differentiators in the market.
• Establish and track KPIs across revenue growth, ARR expansion, pipeline velocity, win rates, and product adoption.
• Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of specialists and sellers, leading through influence.
• Represent the Workplace business to the CEO, executive staff, and Board with data-driven narratives on performance and strategy.
