Job summary

Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to own the strategy and revenue trajectory of the Workplace portfolio. You will align strategy with execution across geo sales, CS, product, engineering, and marketing, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and presenting to the CEO and Board.

You will lead a cross-functional team and drive multi-year growth, including AI-driven differentiation, pricing, and GTM motions, while expanding ARR and market share on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech with at least 7 years in senior GTM or general management roles overseeing a $100M+ ARR business with direct P&L or revenue ownership.
• Experience operating at executive level with direct exposure to CEO, C-suite, and Board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first platform vision into an executable growth plan.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM motion for the Workplace portfolio.
• Drive new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell and expansion with focus on ARR growth and net retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies and build enablement infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and retention.
• Champion AI integration across all Workplace products and differentiate with AI capabilities.
• Establish and track KPIs across revenue growth, ARR expansion, pipeline velocity, win rates, and market share.
