Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to own the strategic and revenue trajectory of the Workplace portfolio. You will define a multi-year growth plan, drive AI-driven differentiation, and align cross-functional teams across geo sales, CS, product, and engineering.

You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and present to the CEO and Board, shaping how hundreds of millions work with Zoom’s collaboration platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SaaS/enterprise software with 7+ years in senior GTM or GM roles overseeing $100M+ ARR.
• Experience driving market share growth and customer expansion in UCaaS/collaboration.
• Executive-level reporting to CEO, C-suite and Board; strong strategic vision.

Responsabilités

• Define multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first vision into a growth plan.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM for the Workplace portfolio with partners.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across global customer base.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize strategies and enablement.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and adoption.
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products and differentiate in market.
• Establish and track KPIs: revenue growth, ARR, pipeline velocity, win rates, market share.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team in a matrix organization.
• Represent Workplace to CEO, executives, and Board with data-driven narratives.
