SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, offering short-term Technical Support Consultant roles with potential extension. You will assist customers via email and chat, guiding them through solutions with professionalism and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have strong English (C1), at least 1 year in technical support, familiarity with video support, and a tech‑savvy mindset. A reliable PC and internet connection are required for a fully remote collaboration.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication (C1) in speaking and writing.
At least 1 year in a technical customer support role.
Video support experience is a plus.
Tech-savvy mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
Analytical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions step-by-step.
Identify whether an issue is related to bulb, app, connectivity, setup, or user configuration.
Ask the right questions to understand and diagnose the problem.
Follow troubleshooting procedures and use good judgment beyond standard processes.
Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary.
Provide a positive, patient, and professional customer experience.
Manage multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
