Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Professional Services team. You will manage subcontractor programs, framework onboarding, and performance across projects to scale capacity and ensure on‑time delivery.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services, explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences and guiding teams through fast-moving projects with clarity and calm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management including scope, schedule and risk management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of subcontractors or projects in deployment or field delivery.
• Ability to work with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services teams and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program of subcontractors to extend global capacity for Enterprise Professional Services.
• Establish onboarding, support and measurement framework with quality standards.
• Manage statements of work, purchase orders and budgets across the subcontractor portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior program managers to ensure appropriate subcontractor capacity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with subcontractors on quality and delivery.
• Escalate issues and guide subcontractors to resolution.
• Share status, metrics and decisions with the Enterprise Professional Services leadership team.
