Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a global subcontractor network within Enterprise Professional Services. You will manage SOWs, POs, budgets and performance, while driving onboarding standards and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering and Sales teams.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience, ability to work across time zones, and a PMP (or equivalent) certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management, including scope, schedule, risk and change management with subcontractor portfolios.
• Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services teams across regions.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to executives and customers clearly.
• Comfort with fast-moving situations and partial information; provide clarity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor program to scale enterprise capacity amid demand.
• Set onboarding framework and quality standards for consistent customer experience.
• Manage SOWs, purchase orders, invoices and budgets across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior project teams to ensure capacity alignments per project.
• Conduct regular performance reviews on quality, delivery and service commitments.
• Be the escalation point for subcontractor issues and drive resolutions.
• Share status, metrics and decisions with Enterprise Professional Services leadership.
