Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the Enterprise Professional Services subcontractor program. You will oversee the global portfolio, ensuring capacity aligns with customer demand and driving safe, scalable deployment.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services, establishing onboarding standards and managing budgets while delivering consistent customer outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors across countries/time zones.
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services teams.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with scalable delivery practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program of subcontractors that extends global capacity and scales with demand.
• Establish onboarding, support and measurement framework with quality standards.
• Manage statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, and budget across subcontractors.
• Collaborate with senior program managers to ensure subcontractor capacity is in place for projects.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with subcontractors on quality, delivery and service commitments.
• Serve as escalation point for subcontractor issues and guide resolution.
• Share status, metrics and decisions with the Enterprise Professional Services leadership team.
