Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise SaaS deployments and align technical solutions with customer needs. You will drive milestones, collaborate with product and engineering, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS program management, PMP preferred, and the ability to navigate diverse teams. On-site locations include Dallas, TX with 30% travel, reporting to the Director, Program Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• 5+ years leading complex SaaS programs.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise software deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CJIS background check required and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise SaaS deployments with milestones and revenue alignment.
• Manage multiple projects focusing on timelines, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to define vision and delivery timelines.
• Support program planning with accurate work estimation.
• Oversee change management with client partners and internal teams.
• Develop documentation for customer acceptance and revenue recognition.
• Facilitate project teams and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Deliver training to customers, remotely and in person.
• Mentor junior PMs and assist recruitment efforts.
