Amcor seeks a Global Key Account Director to lead the global snacking account and own the overall strategy, Joint Business Plan, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing to drive growth.

You will build strong customer partnerships, deliver profitable growth, and lead portfolio transformation focused on innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• About 7+ years in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% including international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across regions.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong financial acumen balancing growth, value and profitability.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with innovation drive.
• Strong cross-functional communication across cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global snacking account strategy and Joint Business Plan with cross-functional teams.
• Drive growth, portfolio transformation, and profitability across regions.
• Build and manage partnerships with senior leaders and key decision-makers.
• Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on account performance and plans.
• Represent One Amcor, translating customer priorities into actionable initiatives across units.
