Amcor Limited is seeking a seasoned Global Key Account Director to drive the partnership with a global snacking account. You will own the strategy, Joint Business Plan, and cross‑functional leadership across R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales & Marketing.

You will identify growth opportunities, lead portfolio transformations, and build a strong pipeline while delivering profitability and sustained value for Amcor and the customer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or programs.
• Knowledge of packaging, manufacturing environments, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy for the global snacking account.
• Drive 3–5 year Joint Business Plan and align with regional leaders.
• Build strong customer partnerships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Deliver commercial results including targets, growth, and profitability.
• Champion packaging innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization.
