Job summary

Amcor Limited seeks a Global Key Account Director to lead a major snacking account, aligning regions, functions and senior leadership to drive profitable growth, portfolio simplification, and sustainability initiatives. You will own the Joint Business Plan, shape the strategy, and transform opportunities into measurable outcomes.

Lead cross‑functional teams across R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Marketing and Sales to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership is expected.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across regions.
• Knowledge of packaging, manufacturing environments, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and Joint Business Plan for the global snacking account.
• Coordinate with regional and business-unit leaders to align strategies and budgets.
• Build strong customer partnerships and represent the voice of the customer internally.
• Drive growth, portfolio transformation, and profitability across regions and products.
• Ensure demonstrable value delivery and reporting to senior leadership.
