Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead a major global snacking account, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver growth, cost efficiency, and sustainability across regions.

You will own the Joint Business Plan, translate long-term goals into actionable projects, and partner with senior leaders to drive commercial performance while strengthening customer relationships and advancing Amcor’s portfolio transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or related role.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across multiple regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or a related complex manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes.
• Strong business and financial acumen balancing growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and Joint Business Plan for the global snacking account.
• Coordinate with regional and business-unit leaders to align strategies, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor by connecting Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to the account.
• Identify opportunities to grow share and lead portfolio transformation focusing on innovation and sustainability.
• Build customer partnerships and maintain regular engagement with key decision-makers.
• Deliver commercial results through targets, performance tracking, and leadership updates.
