Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead the global snacking account, owning the 3- to 5-year Joint Business Plan and driving growth, profitability, and sustainability across regions. The role requires coordinating R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver cohesive strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or complex manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging and production processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global snacking account strategy and Joint Business Plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
• Drive growth, portfolio transformation, and profitability for the account.
