Amcor is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead the global snacking account, aligning cross-functional teams across R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive profitable growth and portfolio transformation.

You will own the account strategy and Joint Business Plan, partnering with senior leaders to synchronize regional strategies, budgets, and commercial objectives. Travel up to 40% is expected, including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international travel.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall account strategy and Joint Business Plan for the global snacking account.
• Lead the execution of the 3 to 5-year Joint Business Plan with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional leaders to align account strategies, growth plans, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor and connect capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to deliver the best solutions.
• Build a strong pipeline of growth opportunities and move projects from concept to execution.
• Lead strategic customer meetings and maintain regular executive engagement.
• Own the commercial performance and profitability of the account and monitor progress against targets.
