Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director of Global Sales Strategy to lead our worldwide sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and enablement functions.

You will drive partner-influenced growth and equip sales teams with insights and resources to meet business objectives. The role requires leadership in sales strategy, enablement, channel sales, and partner management, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Learning & Development, and external partners to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years in sales strategy, partner management or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Identify market opportunities using data-driven analysis and report to senior leadership.
• Define success metrics and dashboards to measure program impact.
• Lead partner alliance strategies and executive-level reviews.
• Coach and develop a team of Partner Managers.
