Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director of Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization’s global sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement functions.

You will drive partner-influenced growth, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure sales teams have the knowledge, resources, and capabilities to achieve business objectives. You will lead a team of Program and Partner Managers to support regional and vertical sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, channel management, business development, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing programs, initiatives, and/or teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness.
• Own the partner alliance strategy and manage strategic partner relationships across regions.
• Lead enablement programs to improve product knowledge and partner effectiveness.
• Coach and develop a team of Partner Managers supporting regions and vertical markets.
