SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director of Global Sales Strategy to lead our worldwide sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and enablement initiatives. You will drive partner-influenced growth, align cross-functional teams, and build scalable programs across regions and verticals.

The role requires leadership in sales strategy, partner management, and executive communication, with a focus on data-driven decision making to accelerate revenue and transformation across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing programs, initiatives, or teams.
• Experience managing strategic technology, vendor, reseller, distributor, or alliance partner relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional sales programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Identify market opportunities, sales performance trends, and business risks using data-driven analysis.
• Create and manage strategic initiatives that support revenue goals and business priorities.
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for program effectiveness.
• Present insights and performance updates to senior leadership and drive program adoption.
