SHI is seeking a Director, Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization's global sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement functions. The role drives partner-influenced growth and ensures sales teams have the knowledge, resources, and capabilities to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate blends leadership, sales strategy, enablement, channel sales, and partner management with strong executive communication skills to influence a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales growth strategies.
• Experience managing partner relationships and enablement programs.

Responsabilités

• Own the enablement strategy for internal sales teams and external partner organizations.
• Develop scalable enablement programs to improve sales capabilities and partner effectiveness.
• Coordinate enablement content with SMEs, product teams, partners, and external presenters.
• Lead partner alliance strategy and day-to-day management of strategic partner relationships.
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and business development with partners.
• Establish partner success metrics and regularly track performance.
• Align regional partner activities with global partner strategy.
• Lead executive-level partner reviews and strategic planning discussions.
