Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Director, Global Sales Strategy to lead worldwide sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and enablement. You will empower sales teams and partners to accelerate revenue growth through data-driven programs.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Learning & Development and external partners to design initiatives, track performance, and optimize go-to-market models across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business focus.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, or related roles.
• Proven leadership of programs, initiatives, and teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in SaaS/tech environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Identify market opportunities and business risks using data.
• Define success metrics and dashboards to measure impact.
• Present insights to senior leadership and drive adoption of programs.
• Lead Partner Manager teams supporting regional/vertical initiatives.
• Drive partner alliances and joint GTM initiatives.
• Oversee enablement strategy for sales and partner organizations.
